At Bask and Lather Co, we want you to love your hair and skin results; however, due to the personal nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop them off at your preferred carrier using the provided return address.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
